Booking
All phone reservations are fixed after receiving a written confirmation.
Your room is ready for you at 2 p.m. on the arrival day till 10 a.m. on the departure day.
If you will arrive after 6 p.m. please inform us and assure us that you are doing well.
Deposit
According to the period and the total amount, a deposit of max. 30% is requested to be transferred or paid by credit card. In case of cancellation, we generally retain it.

Dogs
Our guesthouse Tauber is the territory of our cat Sibylle. She is very friendly to all our guests, but she doesn't like other animals.
For this reason we cannot accept dogs. Thanks for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
According to the Consumer Rights, there is no travel cancellation right, nevertheless we would like to facilitate the cancellation with following policy. We point out that cancellations are considered valid only if confirmed in writing.
- From 30 till 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged
- 14 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount will be charged
- Late arrival or early departure: 80% of the daily rate will be charged
We rely on your understanding.
Cancellation policy due to Covid-19
In case of closed borders or closed hotel following to official dispositions, you can cancel your booking for free in the short term, too. Moreover, we will return your deposit.
In case you are not allowed to travel (travel restrictions or positive Covid-19 test, official dispositions about quarantine after holiday), all next reservations can be cancelled or modified till 2 days before arrival. In this case, your deposit will be kept for the next booking.
